At NC Bespoke Interiors, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored furniture solutions with a personal touch. Our process is designed to ensure you’re informed and comfortable at every stage. Here’s how it works:

1. Contact

It all begins with your first enquiry, whether you reach out via email or through our website. We ask you to provide us with some details of your project and any specific requirements you have. We’ll ask for photos of your space, approximate measurements and any inspiration images to get a feel for what you’re envisioning.

2. Initial Estimate

Once we’ve gathered this information, we’ll provide an initial estimate for your project. This is based on the details you’ve shared and gives you an idea of costs, helping to determine if my services fit within your budget before we move to the next steps.

3. On-Site Visit

If you’re happy with the initial estimate, we’ll arrange an on-site visit. During this meeting, we’ll measure your space accurately and discuss your ideas in more detail. This is when we’ll show you samples of materials and finishes, ensuring you choose the perfect elements for your design.

4. Deposit

After the visit, we’ll provide a more accurate, detailed estimate. Once you are happy with this, we take a small deposit before moving forward with visuals and this secures your space in our calendar.

5. Design & 3D Visuals

We’ll create a detailed design for your custom piece, including 3D visuals so you can see exactly how it will look in your space. This step allows you to make any adjustments until you are happy with the final design.

6. Stage Payments

Once the design is approved, payments are taken in stages throughout the project. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you know exactly what’s happening and when.

7. The Build

Once everything is agreed upon, we’ll begin crafting your bespoke furniture in our workshop. Each piece is made with care combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, ensuring durability and a timeless appeal.

8. Decorating

Once your furniture is fully built in our workshop, it’s carefully flat-packed and sent to a trusted specialist for professional spray finishing. This ensures a smooth, durable finish in your chosen colour. It’s our preferred finish for most products as it offers the most consistent and refined result. Once sprayed, each component is bubble-wrapped and prepared for delivery.

However, if you would prefer a hand painted finish this can be carried out by a professional decorator on site once the furniture is installed.

9. Installation

Installation is carried out professionally, with great care and attention to detail, ensuring everything fits seamlessly into your space. Your home is treated with respect throughout the process, aiming to leave your home as tidy as we found it.

10. Completion & Final Payment

Upon completion, we’ll check that everything meets your expectations and that you’re fully satisfied with the result. We’ll then issue the final invoice for the remaining balance.
